    What is your refund policy? top

    There are no refunds on custom orders (those which are made especially for you in design or personalization) or other items unless there is a flaw or mistake in the garment or the production process. We make every effort to produce a qauality product for your enjoyment.

    Descriptions of items are very specific and include size and colors.  Computer monitors differ so color may not be exactly as you see it on your computer but will be the standard color listed.

    Please choose carefully before you order. When deciding on personalization be sure you look at the specific letters that make up your monogram. Although you may like the design of a font every letter may not be one you like.  When listing a monogram - entire name should be listed in First, Middle, Last order. The monogram will have the last name in the center unless otherwise specified. There will be no refunds on incorrect listing for name or monogram.

    Each item is carefully checked before it leaves our facility and photographed for verification.

    How is my package shipped? top

    We use USPS to ship packages First Class for those weighing less than 13oz.  Most shirts weigh around 10oz with the applique on them and the packaging. Tracking is provided but insurance is not included unless you ask that it be added to the cost of the package. You may also request that your package is shipped Priority to included insurance. You will receive an email when your package is shipped with the tracking number.

    For those over 13oz we ship USPS Priority mail which includes insurance and tracking.
